FRAME
All our frames are made with premium Canadian treated class 4 wood. Which makes it pest resistant and resistant to moisture absorption.
Another advantage of wood is it absorbs vibration noise, also our pumps are mounted on silent blocks for a quieter, more pleasurable spa experience.
INSULATION
The insulation of our hot tubs is enhanced making our spas very energy efficient, even in extreme weather conditions. We use high density polyurethane foam panels equipped with two thermo reflector faces.The heat of the pumps is also recycled to heat the water while facilitating clean easy access to equipment.

SHELL & COVER
Our shells are thermoformed and laminated in our Canadian plant. Our expertise allows us to offer an excellent finish and a premium finished product.
All our spas come with a 5"/3" thick insulated locking cover, also manufactured in Canada. Maximum protection against heat loss.
TESTING
Once built, all our spas are vigorously wet tested in real conditions. Waterproofing, jetting, seals as well as various spa functions are tested allowing us to ensure the best quality product to our consumers
FACILITES
It's in our factory (Canada) of more than 60,000 feet that our maple spas are manufactured.
